I believe this will be the fourth group of foreign engineers to visit the landslide; including Canadian, French, Chinese, and now Cuban. It is a veritable United Nations up at our land. that's pretty funny. i know i've seen that acronym before - it's similar to FUBAR - but i bet most folks don't associate a phrase like "we hit a snafu" with its (possible/probable) military origin.
