In 2005 I moved to the island of Dominica with my husband (Mr. Wizard), Chester (an elderly Pug dog), and 27 boxes of books. I thought I would lounge in a hammock and read. Are you laughing yet?

Dominica is not a touristy "McIsland", and it is certainly not for everyone, but it may be the perfect spot for you.
